Recruitment process
Our recruitment process starts with finalizing our agreement with the facility which is willing to hire new staff and that afterwards revealing full approach about our fees and policies .
In the beginning , we search on our database for the employer's request and sometimes according to our marketing and popularity we find many applications that match it and if we didn't find potential candidates , we put many job advertisements in various channels .
The second step would be to make screening and filtration for the available applications , That could takes a while during we shortlist certain candidates according to the criteria determined by the employer .
The third step is the interviewing process and either we give the employer total freedom to arrange and operate it or interfere to perform that by ourselves and select the ideal accepted candidate as well .
After the employer find the ideal employee for the job , our team follow up with both parties to make sure everything go smoothly .
During the first three months of the employee , if he /she resigned or showed lack of commitment we provide free replacement and that takes timing and patience .
